Day 1
Amy and Susie will be sharing the latest ideas and strategies on how to be stronger than ever as a modern CEO.
They will walk you through detailed steps on how to plan for profits, revenue strategies, and setting up for a powerful 2026. Team members will split off into a separate training room with Empowering You coaches David and Ashley.
Not only will you learn about the money, but you'll learn how to grow your mindset and be able to see opportunities you never have before.
You'll walk away with the perfect action plan for 2026 and how to be a better you for your team and in your personal life.
Day 2
Day 2 is where the magic happens! Owners will get the chance to have their own training led by Amy and Susie while the team members will split off with the Empowering You coaches and get the chance to learn strategies tailored specifically to them.
Amy and Susie will go over empowering and impactful leadership skills with the owners and how to master the art of having a healthy team culture.
They will also get the chance to do specialized Mastermind Coaching where they discover how to strengthen their role as an owner and focus on building powerful CEO strategies.

Day 1
Owners and team members will experience the same agenda for Day 1 with Amy, Susie, and the Empowering You Team.
The team's focus on Day 1 will be about how to transform their mindset into abundance, learn the skills to stay motivated, and achieve their goals with ease.
They will split off after lunch into a separate room with Empowering You coaches David and Ashley where they'll learn the use of our money-generating tools in depth and be able to plan for profits.
Ultimately, the team will leave Day 1 with a clear vision for where they want to go in 2026.
Day 2
Day 2 is where the team will split off into a separate room for the day with the Empowering You coaches, David Wenzel and Ashley Mitchell!
This day is personalized with the team members in mind.
They'll discover how to use social media to attract ideal clients and more engagement, marketing tactics, radical mindset transformation, and a 30-day action plan to ignite success.
The team will walk away with a clear roadmap for achieving their most ambitious goals.
