After Elite, I found new motivation to not only help my team grow but for me as well. Having the systems for my team in place to set them up for success is what I need to focus on. I have the systems, I just need to now hold them accountable and set the standard for the salon. I can't wait for my next staff meeting to share and coach my team to success.
