Elite is a 2-day high-impact business retreat designed for beauty business owners and their teams to get clarity, strategy, and confidence to scale their salons and spas in the New Year. You’ll walk away with actionable plans, systems, and tools to grow your business plus meaningful connections with other beauty leaders.

Elite is ideal for ambitious salon or spa owners ready to grow, scale, and lead and also for technicians, service providers, and front desk team members who support your business vision. The event includes dedicated breakout sessions tailored for both owners and teams.

No! Elite is open to both current clients and non-clients. However, if you’re already part of the Empowering You Consulting community, Elite will deepen the work you’ve already started.

Yes. Attendees receive exclusive tools, worksheets, and resources that support the strategies taught during the retreat so you can continue implementing long after the event ends.

Yes! Elite includes a specialized sessions and speakers for technicians, front desk staff, and service providers designed to support their growth, boost performance, and align team goals with the business vision. 

We offer Owner General Admission, Owner VIP Experience, Team General Admission, and Team VIP Experience tickets.

VIP Experience ticket holders receive additional perks including Sky Terrace networking lunches, premium seating, priority VIP check-in, exclusive training experiences, and elevated networking opportunities.

Ticket pricing may increase as the event gets closer, so we encourage registering early.

Please note: Each attendee must have their own ticket, including each additional team member attending ELITE.

Absolutely. Many attendees come solo and quickly feel connected. Elite is known for its welcoming, supportive environment where real relationships are built. You’ll never feel like “just another attendee.”

Wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable.

You’ll be spending time learning, networking, collaborating, and enjoying the retreat experience. Most attendees choose business casual or polished professional attire.

We recommend bringing a light layer for meeting rooms and comfortable shoes for moving throughout the event.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it.

When your team experiences ELITE together, communication improves, implementation happens faster, and everyone leaves aligned around the same vision, goals, and expectations.

Many owners bring multiple service providers, managers, coordinators, front desk team members, and future leaders so the entire business can grow together.

Each team member attending will need their own ticket.

You have 72 hours to cancel your ticket, anything beyond that is non-refundable. See our Terms of Service here.

Yes! Elite includes built-in networking time so you can connect with other salon and spa leaders, share ideas, and build relationships that uplift your business and team.

Yes! All attendees will receive access to a pre-event orientation meeting so you feel prepared and excited before ELITE begins. VIP Experience attendees also receive exclusive bonus training before the event:

• Owner VIP attendees receive access to the Pre-ELITE CEO Academy

• Team VIP attendees receive access to the ELITE Virtual Money Making Academy

These experiences are designed to help you build momentum and maximize your ELITE retreat experience before you even arrive.

Lunch is included for VIP Experience ticket holders. This isn’t typical conference food. VIP guests will enjoy elevated buffet lunches on the Sky Terrace with beautiful ocean views, curated networking experiences, and interactive conversations designed to help you build meaningful connections with other beauty professionals.

 

Both Owner VIP and Team VIP attendees receive access to the VIP lunch experience.

If you want a more elevated, immersive ELITE experience, absolutely. VIP attendees receive exclusive perks including Sky Terrace networking lunches, premium seating, priority VIP check-in, pre-event virtual training experiences, exclusive resources, and additional opportunities to connect with other beauty business leaders. Many attendees say the connections, conversations, and VIP experiences become some of the most valuable parts of the retreat.

Yes. VIP Experiences are intentionally limited to create a more elevated, connected, and high-touch environment. Once VIP spots are filled, VIP registration will close.

If VIP spots are still available, yes. You can upgrade your ticket to a VIP Experience while availability remains. Once VIP capacity is reached, upgrades will no longer be available.
