The daughter of a salon-owner, Kim Gibson has the beauty industry in her blood, so it was no wonder she opened her own salon. It was also no wonder it felt like a ball and chain until she received coaching and revolutionized how she does business. Ashley is a salon owner from Houston Texas that has a keen passion for the beauty industry. Ashley has been in the salon industry for 20 years and has had an exceptional career behind the chair. David Wenzel

David Wenzel is a successful entrepreneur and consultant who has made a name for himself in his community. After spending 10 years in banking, David’s mother suggested that he turn to cosmetology. He took her advice and eventually opened his dream salon. Through his hard work and dedication, he learned the importance of hiring a consultant to help him grow his company. David’s salon quickly became a success and was recently named 2023 Best of Southwest Missouri’s Best Hair Salon. However, he knew that this was just the beginning. David has since ventured into consulting, where he is passionate about helping other salon and spa owners grow and develop their businesses to be the thriving companies they envisioned.
