I’m always visiting new salons and spas just to check out what people are doing in the cities I visit. And I cannot tell you the number of times people fail during their service cycle.
For example, I once had a great salon visit, but my lasting memory was how the girl at the front desk was on her personal cell phone and continued her call even while checking me in. I’m sure the rest of the visit was great, but that’s what stuck with me.
