It’s report card time! As we say farewell to the busy holiday season and enter a (hopefully) less hectic first quarter, it’s a prime time for you to evaluate if your salon/spa makes the grade. What better way to discover how your salon/spa is doing than by hiring a Secret Shopper to visit your salon/spa and have them complete a Salon Report Card for you and your team to review.
The purpose of the Report Card is to evaluate the level of performance that a guest receives as they visit your salon/spa. This feedback will communicate critical information to you that directly affects your revenue with each guest.

- Guest Follow-up
To help you get started, we’ve created a helpful Salon Report Card template designed to help you see if you make the grade. Simply print the Report Card Template, schedule or hire a few Secret Shopper(s) to have them come into the salon/spa and experience and evaluate services, level of guest care and you’ll be on your way to seeing if you make the grade.
Once you have received your “Salon/Spa Report Card”, now is the time to review the results, share with your staff and create your plan of action to improve any low grades.
